I am a postdoc in the Meissner Lab. And affiliated with the Broad Institute. My research utilizes genomic and epigenomic profiling to understand mechanisms of gene regulation that determine cellular identity, and I specialize in developing computational methods for the integrated analysis of large genome-wide datasets.
